Women's Boxing Conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance the perfect class to get shredded!
Boxing Conditioning will include weight lifting, cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and core strengthening exercises.
Trainer Megan Slader comes to each class with her years of experience helping people get into the best shape of their lives. Megan is certified in multiple fitness accreditations including CrossFit and owner of her own gym in Los Gatos.
Megan’s one-two punch to fitness can help anyone, of any fitness level get into the best shape of their life!
