Whether you want to work individually with one of our trainers or take advantage of one of our group trainings or classes, our mission is to inspire, encourage, and guide you to reaching your health and fitness goals.

If you are an athlete who wants to achieve peak performance, someone who wants to make a lifestyle change and doesn't know where to start, or someone who simply wants to improve his or her fitness level, we are here to motivate, educate and challenge you to reach your goals. Our workouts are varied, fun and challenging. We incorporate the latest in functionality and performance while customizing our training specifically for you.

(Outdoor) Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00pm

Total-body conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness instruction and team motivation. We welcome everyone regardless of fitness level, gender or age. Our programs are packed with a series of fun ever-changing exercises created specifically to strengthen your body, increase your cardio fitness and transform your physique. We are best known for the variety of exercises and the fun team environment we create through partner and group activities and challenges.


Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 PM to 5:50 PM

Get in Fierce shape without the risk or competitiveness of an MMA fighter while gaining health and fitness for the same proven routines. Fierce Fitness is the perfect way to reach your fitness goals while learning the basic fundamentals of MMA and realistic self-defense by an experienced staff. "Group Training"

Group training is fit for every level by the intensity you put in. We combine easy, yet effective cardiovascular routines with weights, and resistance work to sculpt and tone every major muscle group while increasing and improving your over all cardio vascular health. It's a combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving. If you want it all with an affordable rate this is for you!

Resistance, I - Intervals, P - Power, P - Plyometrics, E - Endurance, and D - Diet.
