This 8-week program focuses on all muscle groups-full body. This program is designed to work out one body part per day promoting full focus and energy for maximum results. Cardio isn’t included in the program, but it is recommended to do 3-5 days of cardio a week. 30-45 minutes low to medium intensity. 70%-80% heart rate max.
It is important to always warm up before each workout and form is key in developing your muscles.
