Home Grown

This program is designed for individuals who have a complete home gym; barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, adjustable bench, squat rack, jump ropes, battle ropes, jump boxes, medicine balls etc.


This 4-week program focuses on all muscle groups, spit into a 4 day a week program with 2 added cardio/HIIT days. This workout program is designed to build strength and get lean and fit. The workouts are all added to the calendar but can be done in any order you want.


It is important to always warm up before each workout and form is key in developing your muscles.


Your program comes with demo videos of each exercise and detail instructions.


Once you have purchased your workout plan you will receive a welcome email from Scotts Valley Gym with instructions on how to download and set up your new Savage Mind app.
