Monkey Arms

This 8-week program is designed to focus on building bigger arms. Heavy and light arm days per week along with clean up training on all the other body parts per week.


Your main focus is ARMS so very important to put the majority of your energy into those arms days. Cardio isn’t added to this program, but you can definitely add it if you like. The recommendation would be 2-4 days a week at the most. 20-40 minutes low to medium intensity. 60%-70% heart rate max.


It is important to always warm up before each workout and form is key in developing your muscles.

Your program comes with demo videos of each exercise and detail instructions.
