Wash, Rinse, Dry, Repeat

This program is designed for someone who wants to workout 3-4 days a week. 3 days of strength training (Push, Pull, Legs) and 1-day optional cardio. The workouts are shown on the calendar as 4 consecutive days of working out, but it can be done however it works with your schedule during the 7 days in a week.


This 8-week program focuses on all muscle groups-full body. Cardio isn’t added to this program, but you can definitely add it if you like. The recommendation would be 3-4 days a week. 20-40 minutes low to medium intensity. 65%-80% heart rate max.

It is important to always warm up before each workout and form is key in developing your muscles.

Your program comes with demo videos of each exercise and detail instructions.
