Weekend Warrior

This program is designed for individuals with a busy work week but still want to exercise, stay fit or get in shape. This weekend workout can be done any two days of the week. And if you have a week that you can fit more workouts in, just repeat the workouts for that week.


This 8-week program focuses on all muscle groups-full body. Cardio is not added to this program, but you can add 30 minutes, low to medium intensity before or after your workout if you want. 65%-75% heart rate max.


It is important to always warm up before each workout and form is key in developing your muscles.

Your program comes with demo videos of each exercise and detail instructions.


Once you have purchased your workout plan you will receive a welcome email from Scotts Valley Gym with instructions on how to download and set up your new Savage Mind app.
